Your skincare routine called. It wants backup.

Beautiful skin starts from within. Inner Glow is a daily skin and beauty blend built around some of nature's most powerful botanical allies for radiance, clarity and glow, brewed into a cup you'll look forward to every single day.

Hibiscus is the hero, naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants that support collagen production and protect the skin from oxidative damage. Rooibos is packed with alpha hydroxy acids and zinc, long celebrated for their role in skin health and clarity. Calendula brings its gentle anti-inflammatory support, and goji berries add a potent antioxidant punch that supports skin from the inside out. Lemongrass brightens the cup with a fresh citrusy lift that makes Inner Glow as vibrant to drink as it is for your skin.

5 Named Botanicals

Certified Organic Botanicals

WHEN TO DRINK IT

Any time of day, it's caffeine-free, so there are no restrictions. Beautiful as a morning coffee alternative, an afternoon pick-me-up, or an evening wind-down (though it won't make you sleepy).

Particularly good cold or iced, hibiscus turns it a deep red-pink.

HOW TO BREW

Add 1–2 teaspoons to a strainer or infuser. Steep in boiling water for 5–7 minutes. Hibiscus and Rooibos both need the full steep time to develop flavour and release their antioxidant compounds. Beautiful hot or iced, pour over ice once cooled for a deep red iced tea. Can be sweetened with honey or a slice of orange for a fruity lift.

INGREDIENTS

Rooibos, Hibiscus Petals, Calendula Petals, Lemongrass, Goji Berries

Inside and Out

Pair with Skin Essence Body Nectar for a whole-body approach to skin nourishment.

what each botanical in inner glow does

Skin support from the inside. An antioxidant-rich blend built around what your skin actually needs, in a cup.

1

ROOIBOS PROVIDES THE ANTIOXIDANT BASE

Rooibos is caffeine-free and rich in aspalathin and nothofagin, antioxidants that help the body manage oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is one of the primary drivers of skin ageing, so addressing it from the inside supports the same work your topical products are doing from the outside.

2

HIBISCUS ADDS VITAMIN C AND COLOUR

Hibiscus is naturally high in vitamin C and anthocyanins, the plant pigments that give the tea its signature deep red colour and also function as potent antioxidants. Vitamin C is essential for collagen synthesis in the skin, which is why hibiscus shows up in so many 'beauty' tea formulations.

3

CALENDULA AND GOJI BRING TARGETED SKIN SUPPORT

Calendula has a long history of use for skin health, both topically and internally. Goji berries add beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A) and further antioxidant support. Together they give Inner Glow a skin-specific focus that rooibos and hibiscus alone don't cover.

4

LEMONGRASS BRIGHTENS AND BALANCES THE BLEND

Lemongrass adds a clean, slightly citrusy quality that lifts the earthiness of rooibos and makes Inner Glow taste as good as it works. It also brings its own antioxidant compounds to the mix. The reason it's in here isn't just flavour.

why inner glow?

  • For the Body

  • For the Senses

Rooibos

The base of the blend. A South African herb rich in aspalathin and nothofagin, antioxidants that support the body's management of oxidative stress. Caffeinefree, naturally sweet, and skin-supportive.

Hibiscus

High in vitamin C and anthocyanins. The vitamin C supports collagen synthesis; the anthocyanins add antioxidant activity and give Inner Glow its signature deep red colour.

Goji Berries

Rich in beta-carotene (precursor to vitamin A), zeaxanthin, and antioxidants. Vitamin A supports skin cell turnover and is one of the most widely studied nutrients for skin health.

Deep Red and Beautiful

Hibiscus turns Inner Glow a rich, jewel-toned red when brewed. It looks as good as it tastes, hot or iced. This is the tea that makes people stop and ask what you're drinking.

Fruity and Tart

Hibiscus gives the blend a pleasantly tart quality; goji berries add a subtle berry sweetness. It's complex enough to be interesting but easy enough that most people love it immediately.

Bright Lemongrass Finish

A clean, citrusy close that lifts the blend and stops it from sitting too heavy. The note that makes a second cup feel different from the first.

frequently asked questions

Q: How is this different from a collagen supplement?

A: Collagen supplements give you pre-formed collagen that your body may or may not absorb and use efficiently. Inner Glow works differently, it provides the antioxidants and vitamin C that support your body's own collagen synthesis. It's not replacing the process; it's supporting the conditions the process needs.

Q: What does it taste like?

A: Fruity and slightly tart, with a deep richness from the rooibos and a bright citrus finish from the lemongrass. Most people love it immediately, it tastes like a well-made hibiscus tea with more complexity. Naturally sweet enough that you don't need to add anything, though a slice of orange or a tea spoon of honey works beautifully.

Q: Can I drink it iced?

A: Yes. This is genuinely one of the best iced teas in the range. Brew a double-strength batch (2 teaspoons per cup), let it cool, and pour over ice. The hibiscus gives it a deep red-pink colour that looks as good as it tastes.

Q: How many cups a day?

A: 1–3 cups is typical. It's caffeine-free so there's no upper limit for most people. The antioxidant benefits are cumulative, so consistency matters more than quantity, one cup every day is better than four cups once a week.

Q: Will I actually see a difference in my skin?

A: Herbal teas work gradually, not overnight. Think of Inner Glow as part of a consistent approach, alongside your topical products like our Skin Essence Body Nectar. Most people notice their skin feels better and looks more even after a few weeks of daily drinking, but it's not a substitute for a broader routine.

Q: Is this safe during pregnancy?

A: Hibiscus is generally not recommended during pregnancy due to its potential effects on hormones and blood pressure. Please check with your healthcare provider before using if pregnant or breastfeeding.
