Awaken was born from a shared belief that healing does not have to be complicated, sometimes it starts with a single conscious breath.

 

Angela is a Nervous System and Embodiment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and founder of Art of Self Healing. Her work is centred around helping people slow down, reconnect with their bodies and release emotional tension through breathwork and somatic practices. She creates spaces where people feel safe to soften, feel and return to who they truly are beneath the noise of everyday life.

 

When we connected, the collaboration felt inevitable. She works with the breath. We work with botanicals. Both of us believe the most profound moments happen when you finally stop and come home to yourself. Awaken is what that looks like when two brands that care about the same things decide to make something together.

 A message from me... Ashlee

I didn't start this brand with a five-year plan. I started it because I was going through it and needed something that actually helped.

After nearly a decade in corporate retail, having become a manager at 20, I walked away from the fast-fashion industry and everything that came with it. A hard season followed. Health, grief, love and loss and everything in between. I started making things to help myself through it, and somehow that became this.

 

Soul Revival Co. exists because holistic wellness deserves genuinely honest products. By day, I work in a wellness and recovery centre. By night, I run this passion project. And yes... sleep can sometimes be a concept I respect from a distance.

I am a perfectionist about ingredients, transparent about everything and someone who genuinely loves a good collaboration. If you are thinking about working together, let's talk!
