HOW TO BREW

All three teas are brewed the same way: 

Add 1–2 teaspoons to a strainer or infuser. Steep in water just off the boil (around 95°C) for 5–7 minutes. 

 

Sunset - best 30–60 minutes before bed. 

 

Inner Glow - any time of day. Particularly beautiful iced, hibiscus gives it a deep red-pink colour when cold. 

 

Still - daytime

Inner Glow (10g) — Rooibos, Hibiscus, Calendula, Lemongrass, Goji Berries. 

 

Still (10g) — Lemon Balm, Tulsi, Oat Straw, Chamomile, Rose Petals. 

STORAGE & CAUTIONS

Store in a sealed container away from direct light and moisture; a pantry or cupboard is ideal.
